Holley Grainger, M.S., R.D. is the Nutrition Editor of CookingLight.com and of MyRecipes.com, the Time Inc. Lifestyle Group’s food and recipes portal.

As Nutrition Editor, Holley is responsible for planning and executing the diet and nutrition content on both sites. This includes management of the Healthy Diet channel on Myrecipes.com and the Real Life Nutrition franchise on CookingLight.com. She is also the host of the “Dinner Tonight” daily video series having shot over 500 videos featuring quick meals that can be prepared in 45 minutes or less. Holley has recently launched and hosts the "Real Life Nutrition" video series for CookingLight.com.

Holley began her career at Southern Progress Corporation’s Oxmoor House as an Assistant Food Editor editing cookbooks such as The Best of Cooking Light, Weight Watcher’s Annual Recipes for Success 2003, 2004 and 2005, and Weight Watcher’s Shortcut Cookbook. She has appeared on many national and local broadcasts including the NBC’s Today Show and Weekend Today, CBS’s The Early Show, Fox News Channel, CNN, and others.
