Sports and fitness has always been a huge part of Mallory's life. She is passionate about helping others reach their own fitness goals and challenging her boot campers to find their inner athlete! I love what extreme fit has to offer people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels! My goal is to help you reach YOUR personal goal...whether it be weight loss , building muscle, toning, or all of the above!
Mallory competes in triathlons and enjoys running, biking, lifting weights, and swimming (in that order !)
My proudest accomplishment is my 5 amazing kids!
