Extreme Fit Boot Camps
Welcome to Extreme Fit Boot Camp! With more locations around Birmingham, we offer more opportunity for you to find a location that is right for you. We try to limit each boot camp to 15 participants. Before your session begins, we will take some basic fitness measurements so we will have a benchmark to measure your success. It won’t take long before you see results from all of your hard work. All you need to bring is water, an exercise mat, a set of 8 pound weights, and most importantly a desire and commitment to transform your body through a healthier lifestyle and proper training.
