How does Extreme Fit Training measure your success?
Unlike other boot camps, prior to your first day of an Extreme Fit Boot Camp you will have the opportunity to have your body assessed as well as taking body measurements. On your first class session, there will be time set aside to give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. These measurements and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. We look forward to seeing your body change over the next four weeks!
What do I need to bring to the Extreme Fit Boot Camp sessions?
You will need to bring a set of 8lb weights (women), 15 lb weight (men), 40 oz of water, and a exercise mat. Additional training equipment will be provided by Extreme Fit Training. Extra items you may want to bring include dry clothes, a towel to take care of any perspiration, and bug spray. Most importantly, be prepared to take your personal fitness to another level. To be successful, you need to commit to a healthier lifestyle, not just a quick fix!
What is a typical Extreme Fit Boot Camp session?
A typical session will leave you stronger and more lean than before you began. You will never do the same session twice. We pride ourselves in always providing new and challenging workouts. Weight training, cardio endurance, and core training will be incorporated in every session.
Is Extreme Fit Boot Camp for women only?
Due to high demand all classes are now co-ed. They are not limited to women only.
Do I have to be athletic and in shape to attend these sessions?
If you are looking to improve your overall health, from the inside out, you do not have to be an elite athlete to sign up. Most of us need to start somewhere, and a little motivation from one of our experienced trainers will get you going. All we ask as that you do your best, and not give up.
Am I going to be sore?
In most cases, yes, you will experience soreness. Muscles will be used and worked in ways they never have before. Although initial soreness may result from all of your hard work, this soreness will diminish as your training continues.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend a camp due to circumstances beyond your control, we can offer you a refund only if you notify us prior to your first camp session start date. You will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your camp begins and prior to your participation, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable. Credit will not be given for sessions that are missed and Extreme Fit Training is under no obligation to reschedule.
What Makes Extreme Fit Boot Camps Different?
Rachel and the Extreme Fit Team is personally committed to each client’s maximum success. You will receive weekly workouts in addition to the boot camp sessions as well as personal follow-ups from the Extreme Fit Team. We limit class sizes to create more of a one-on-one feeling and the attention that each participant receives is unique to Extreme Fit Training Boot Camps. We measure your success both before and after, taking the time to do measurements and provide you with a report of your success.
