How does Extreme Fit Training measure your success?

On your first session, there will be time set aside to give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning the workout sessions. These measurements and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. Look forward to seeing your body change over the next four weeks!

What do I need to bring to the Extreme Fit Boot Camp sessions?

You will need to bring one set of 8 lb. hand weights, an exercise mat, and lots of water! Additional training equipment will be provided by Extreme Fit Training. Extra items to bring may include dry clothes, a towel to take care of any perspiration, bug spray, and a willingness to work hard and do your best. You are doing this to improve your quality of life.

What is a typical Extreme Fit Boot Camp session?

A typical session will leave you stronger and more lean that before you began. You will never do the same session twice. Always something new, always something different, and you can count on, something always challenging. Weight training, cardio endurance, and core training will be incorporated in every session.

Is Extreme Fit Boot Camp for women only?

Currently, we are limiting each camp to women only. As the demand for a mixed gender group increases, Extreme Fit Training is committed to providing additional boot camps. Check our website often for more information on upcoming camps and events.

Do I have to be athletic and in shape to attend these sessions?

If you are looking to improve your overall health, from the inside out, you do not have to be an elite athlete to sign up. Most of us need to start somewhere, and a little motivation from Rachel will get you going. All we ask as that you do your best, and not give up.

Am I going to be sore?

In most cases, yes, you will experience soreness. Muscles will be used and worked in ways they never have before. Although initial soreness may result from all of your hard work, this soreness will diminish as your training continues.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend a camp due to circumstances beyond your control, we can offer you a refund only if you notify us prior to your first camp session start date. You will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your camp begins and prior to your participation, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable. Credit will not be given for sessions that are missed and Extreme Fit Training is under no obligation to reschedule.
