Cinnamon Berry Cottage Cheese

  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sliced (roasted) almonds or use chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup mixed berries (blueberries &/strawberries

*For an extra punch of Protein add 1/2-3/4 scoop EAS Vanilla Soy Protein

 
Adding the protein will contribute ~100 calories, however an additional 10-15 grams of protein.
To Make this recipe a snack just cut all measurements by 1/2.
