    There are people who are new to boot camp. I feel the need to give some advice to those newbies after having completed a week of boot camp. I feel the need to tell you that I’m not an athlete. In my family, running isn’t in our gene pool. Seriously. I don’t teach any class. I’m just a normal person that has taken boot camp for a while.
